It never tests your management abilities, because that would imply that your decisions have consequences. Your success in Pocket Planes is never dependent on your skill as a player. Eventually you'll have enough coins and "plane bux" – which can also be purchased using real money – to cover the pixelated globe with your air transportation empire. Lock your phone, wait five minutes and repeat. Once they've arrived at their destination, you get coins which can be used to unlock more planes and new airports.
